Accessing a SIX

This article is for PortalSIX Users.

What you'll accomplish
By the end of this article, you will:
  1. Know how to access a SIX that you are a participant in
  2. Know how to to download files in a SIX

Key Concepts or Steps
Please note:
You will only be able to see SIXs that you are a participant in. Other SIXs may exist on your organization's PortalSIX account, but if you are not a participant, you will not see them.
Accessing a SIX
To access a SIX and view the files and folders in it, simply click on the card or the row of the desired SIX. This will bring you to a view of the files and folders in the SIX. You will also be able to view other participants in the SIX, and a record of activity that has occurred in the SIX.

To add a file to the SIX, please navigate to Add a file to a SIX

To create a folder in the SIX, please navigate to Create a folder in a SIX

To download a file from the SIX, please navigate to Download a file from a SIX

To delete a file from the SIX, please navigate to Delete a file from a SIX

To view other SIX participants, please navigate to View other SIX participants

To view the SIX's activity log, please navigate to View a SIX's activity log
