What you'll accomplish
By the end of this article, you will:
- Know how to download files from a SIX
Key Concepts or Steps
Please note:You will only be able to download files from a SIX that you are a participant in. Other SIXs may exist on your organization's PortalSIX account, but if you are not a participant, you will not see or be able to download files from them.
There are two ways to download files from a SIX.1) If you wish to download a single file at a time, you can either:
- Click on the download icon
for the file you wish to download, or
- Click on the file's row to highlight it, then click the Download button in the banner that appears above the file list.
2) If you wish to download multiples files in a SIX at once:
- Click and hold the Ctrl button on your keyboard (Windows), or Command on a Mac, and click on the rows for the files you wish to download. You will see the number of files to download in the banner that appears above the file list. When all files to download are selected, click on the Download button on the banner.
3) Your file download will begin. Depending on your browser and browser settings, the selected file(s) may download automatically to your Downloads folder, or you may be prompted to select a location to save your downloaded file to.
