What you'll accomplish
By the end of this article, you will:
- Know how to download a file from a SIX
Key Concepts or Steps
Please note:
You
will only be able to download files from a SIX that you are a participant in. Other SIXs
may exist on your organization's PortalSIX account, but if you are not a
participant, you will not see or be able to download files from them.
- To download a file from a SIX, click on the ellipsis in desired file's row ( ... )
- Select the option to download the file.
- You should see the file download progress start within a few seconds. Note, the file will download to your browser's default download folder.
- If you are downloaded a large file, you may not see the download start immediately. If you leave your browser window open, you can move on to other tasks and the file download will proceed once the full file is available.
