Getting Started as a PortalSIX Customer Account Administrator

What you'll accomplish

By the end of this article, you will:
  1. Access your account's customer administration portal
  2. Know how to login to your customer admin account
  3. Be familiar with the administration portal's layout, contents, and how to navigate the portal

Key Concepts or Steps

Getting a PortalSIX customer administrator account
When a customer administrator account is created for you, you will receive a Welcome Email. This email is sent to the email associated with your admin account.
The Welcome Email contains:
  1. The website address that you'll need to visit to configure your login
  2. Your username (which is your email address)
  3. A one-time password (OTP) that you'll use to sign in for the first time
If you believe you should have a PortalSIX customer administrator account, please contact an existing PortalSIX admin in your company, or your company's PortalSIX main point of contact for an account. 

Navigating to your account's PortalSIX administration portal
When accessing your administration portal for the first time, you'll need to configure your login. To do this, visit the URL included in your Welcome Email.

Once you have set your login password, you will be directed to your administration portal's main login page.
The URL for your administration portal is in the format:
               https://[your account name].admin.six3ro.com.

Logging into your account
To log in to your administration portal
  1. Navigate to your account's administration portal login page at https://[your account name].admin.six3ro.com
  2. Enter your username (which is your email address associated with your admin account)
  3. Enter your password. Note: your password is case sensitive
  4. Choose how you wish to receive a code for your additional authentication - you can choose to receive the code on your phone, via text message, or by email
  5. Enter the code you receive at your selected location
If your authentication attempt fails, you can retry, or you can select "Forgot password" to reset your login credentials.

Navigating your account's administration portal
Once you successfully login to your account's administration portal, you will be shown a dashboard of information related to your account including:
  1. Your account information, including primary contact information
  2. Your account's administrators
  3. Users on your account
  4. Your subscription and upcoming billing information
To view more detailed information, and to manage your account's administrators, users, and subscription, navigate to the specific pages by using the navigation menu on the left side of the portal, or by clicking the gear icon in the relevant section on the dashboard.
